PhoneMic turns your iPhone into a wireless microphone for your PC. It is built so that your data stays yours:
Nothing. PhoneMic has no accounts, no analytics, no ads, no tracking, and no servers. We do not collect, store, or share any personal data or usage data.
Audio captured by the microphone is streamed directly from your iPhone to your own computer over your local Wi-Fi network. It never touches the internet or any third-party server, and it is not recorded or stored by PhoneMic on either device.
The app uses local network access (Bonjour) solely to discover PhoneMic receivers — your own computers — on the same network. No information from this discovery leaves your network.
