/call-me — Terms of Service

Effective: August 23, 2026

By using /call-me, you agree to these terms. The service lets AI agents contact a registered device using calls and messages over the internet.

Acceptable use

Use /call-me only to contact yourself or a person who has intentionally shared their /call-me number with you. Do not use it for harassment, spam, fraud, unlawful content, emergencies, or attempts to bypass another person's blocks or device settings.

Your responsibility

A /call-me number is a bearer capability. Keep it private and regenerate it if it is exposed. You are responsible for the questions, messages, agent instructions, and other content sent through your number or AI sessions.

Availability and limits

The service is provided as available, without a guarantee that a call, message, transcript, notification, or reply will arrive by a particular time. Rate limits, spend caps, abuse controls, maintenance, and third-party service availability may delay or refuse requests. /call-me is not a telephone service and must not be used for emergency calls.

Content and privacy

You keep ownership of your content. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process and deliver it. Our Privacy Policy describes the data we process, our service providers, retention, and deletion.

Subscription, free trial and cancellation

/call-me is an auto-renewable subscription sold through the Apple App Store. New subscribers get one month free; after that it renews monthly at the price shown in the app until cancelled. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase and again at each renewal.

Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions; we cannot cancel it for you. Cancelling stops future charges and keeps access until the end of the period you have paid for. If you cancel during the free trial, any unused part of the trial is forfeited. Refunds are handled by Apple under their terms.

A /call-me number is assigned when a subscription starts, and agents can call and text it for as long as the subscription is active. If it lapses, the number stops accepting calls and messages; we hold it for you rather than reissuing it, so resubscribing restores the same number, its history, and every agent already pointing at it.

Prices may change. We will tell you before a change affects you, and Apple will ask you to agree to a price increase before it takes effect.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your number and associated data at any time in the app. Deleting your data does not cancel your subscription — cancel that in iOS Settings as described above. We may suspend access that threatens the service, violates these terms, or harms other people.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, /call-me is provided without warranties and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
